A Virtual Learning Café: Youth Work Sector Evidence – What is the Current Picture?

If you're a funder, commissioner, practitioner, or policymaker working in the youth sector, this session will give you the latest insights on the state of evidence in youth work. What do we know? Where are the gaps? And what will it take to build a stronger case for youth work’s impact?

Guest speakers include:

Alux Stutz, National Youth Agency

Representative, Department for Culture, Media and Sport

Jacob Diggle, UK Youth

Paul Lidell, BBC Children in Need

Caleb Jackson, Youth Endowment Fund

This session will explore what available evidence looks like currently in its various form. YEF will share current insights about the role youth work plays in reducing violence. As youth work plays a critical role in supporting vulnerable young people, we will be joined by key sector voices and funders who will reflect on their emerging findings and practice thinking about how we can collectively work towards a stronger, evidence-informed future for youth work.
