Come meet organisations, individual funders and community leaders who are passionate about supporting social movements! We welcome people who are new to this space and want to learn more.
At this in-person event we will share:
- Insights into the power of social movements and their critical role in addressing climate change and social justice
- Clarify the differences between social movements and traditional charities or non-profits
- Understand why intermediaries are needed to get funding to movements, and how to know which ones to use
- Overview of The Movement Trust’s approach and how we help channel more funding (and other resources) to social movements for maximum impact.
