CAST are running a session as part of Digital Leaders AI Week, a nationwide initiative dedicated to sharing best practice in AI.
The rapid growth of AI is bringing important questions to the fore for digital leaders – how do we empower teams to use AI with confidence, what are the risks, and how does it impact our strategy? And what does it all mean for our mission - what is worthwhile, when it comes to exploring AI?
In this session, CAST will share ten AI trends for digital leaders. We'll draw on our experience and learning from convening CAST's AI for charity digital leaders peer group and our AI for grant makers peer group – a network of over 300 sector leaders exploring AI. We’ll invite participants to reflect on the impact of these trends on their organisational strategy and mission - and we'll provide tools and resources to support this thinking, or even get involved in sector-wide AI initiatives.
Participants will be from charities and grant-making organisations.
