Aims and activities

Shaftesbury Young People Trust and Sculpt would like to offer charities seeking to add young trustees to their board the opportunity to recruit young people (age 18-25) who have graduated from a 6-week trustee training programme.  Additionally we will explore training to support boards to work with young trustees.

How to get involved

We are looking for collaborators to help us fund a cohort of 6-8 young people to work through the programme with Sculpt.  Each young person recruited will require around £1,800 or less from each partner charity, paid to the training partner, Sculpt. (young people are under no obligation to interview for the trustee opportunities after they graduate, but partners will be asked to provide funding regardless).
