Aims and activities

The programme has been designed by Ten Years' Time in response to insights from clients wanting to embed equitable practices, anti-racism and racial and economic justice.

Through our values of imagination, revolutionary love, joy, humility and radical honesty, the programme supports trusts, foundations, donors and charities in embedding racial justice practices and anti-oppressive frameworks into governance, leadership, investments and grantmaking.

We offer a unique opportunity for you to collectively grow and learn, giving you space to upskill about racial justice and practice.

The programme has been created to complement your current DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion) initiatives by providing tailored support through your accountability framework, allowing you to measure progress and put your learning into practice.

We provide a dedicated learning platform you can access at your own pace, allowing you to build your learning around your current commitments and engage in modules, resources and one-to-one and group support at times convenient to you.

We also offer coaching and facilitate wellbeing spaces for Black and racially minoritised colleagues.

You are supported by a dedicated account manager and space to connect with a community of peers embarking on a similar journey.
