Aims and activities

Inspiring Scotland are interested in working together with other funders or organisations to support participatory arts projects for wellbeing within community organisations across Scotland.

Areas for potential collaboration include:

  • How to fund participatory arts projects most effectively
  • How to lobby the government to see the importance of this area of funding
  • Working together to create larger funds looking to achieve the same goal.

We are also interested in exploring how to manage funded organisations' capacity to help them benefit most from the funding whilst also maintaining a useful and important funder/fundee relationship. This includes streamlining helpful reporting, evaluation metrics and check-ins, and understanding the vast array of reporting requirements from different funders working in this area, to help benefit funded organisations.
